Dijana Sulejmanovic was born in 1987 in Banja Luka. She finished elementary school and high school in Sanski Most, and completed her master's and master's studies in psychology at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Banja Luka.

She has been engaged as a senior assistant professor in psychology at the University of Bihać since the academic year 2014/15 years. From 11/15/2018. she is a full-time employee of the IPF, where she has been appointed coordinator of the IPF international cooperation and porojects Team.

In addition to formal education, in order to advance her knowledge in the field of psychotherapy, she has completed an advanced level of education in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

She translated Martina F. Delfos' book "A Strange World" about autism spectrum disorders from english into bosnian language.

She is actively involved in scientific research and so far her papers have been published in journals and conferences in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, France and Finland.

She gave a lecture to psychology students at the University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Philosophy on suicide, as well as a lecture on the effects of war trauma on children for doctoral students at the Chicago School in Washington (USA) and lectures at the Islamic University of Applied Sciences in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) on conformism.

She is currently completing her PhD at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, in the field of social psychology and personality psychology.
